- Our engineers will come to your site and help you get up and running, including setup and delivery of any Cisco equipment purchased from us or another vendor
- 24/7 monitoring and notifications of service outages
- Complete telco circuit coordination including ordering, installation and consolidated billing on your GreatAccess.com invoice
- Ability to use dynamic routing protocols (BGP) at no additional cost
- Web based access to statistical data graphs
- Static IP address block
- DNS services for your domains
- 10% discount on monthly fees for annual pre-payment

1 Additional telecommunications charges apply from local carrier. GreatAccess.com will provision a circuit with a local telecommunications company to deliver the circuit to your business. GreatAccess.com will pass on any charges from the carrier with no mark-up.
